The Magic Pill

New Year's is right around the corner, you are going to see a plethora of claims that this fat burner or that tea is going to get that excess body fat just disappear. Guys, if that were the case, gyms across the country would be out of business.

The magic combination is consistency and patience. When you are establishing a new routine, make small sustainable changes are key. Tackle one thing at a time with our nutrition and your schedule. Find a gym or a class that you can start by adding two to three days per week, find a class that will modify movements and workouts to your fitness level. In the kitchen start by adding greens to two or three of your meals, add in an extra glass of water each day. Making small changes that you can sustain will pave the path for bigger changes down the road.
